HTPG Announces Price Increase

HTPG Announces Price Increase Effective July 2, 2018

Increase due to rising costs of raw materials and freight

ATLANTA – May 3, 2018 – Heat Transfer Products Group, LLC (HTPG), manufacturer of commercial refrigeration equipment sold under the recognized brands of Russell, Witt, Kramer and ColdZone, announces a general price increase of 4% for equipment, accessories and parts orders received on July 2, 2018 and thereafter. This increase is due to rising costs of raw materials, caused by new U.S. tariffs on imported steel and aluminum, and also rising freight costs.

We know the new tariffs negatively affect all HVACR manufacturers and their customers,” said Paul Westbrook, Director of Sales and Marketing. “We truly appreciate our customers and regret the necessary price increase. Partnering with them to help them succeed is why we are in business. he continued.

Pricing documentation will be available on each brand’s website as soon as possible.
